Understanding interconnectivity within communities.

Local economies are living entities, where altering one characteristic can affect others in unexpected ways. RPI Consulting takes the guesswork out of planning by forecasting change factors that guide informed decision making. Our analytical capabilities span studies examining the impact of changes in public recreation assets, public amenities and proposals from the oil and gas industry.

By looking at the details – financial implications, feasibility, revenue estimates, market demand and more – we help local governments and planners shape their communities in intelligent and positive ways. Our work behind the scenes even influences public perception of improvements through messaging echoed in public relations and outreach efforts.

Past Projects:

Our approach to understanding the full spectrum of impacts determined the future of reservoir management, possible phasing scenarios and recreation mixes, in addition to helping local and regional communities better understand what recreation use at Lake Nighthorse means to local economies.
